What is the great thing about these? An electric dome surrounds them as they slowly move forward, and enemies caught in the dome will take severe damage and be knocked back. Vehicles are affected in the same way. Tip: If you can find a way to keep enemies in the dome even on pulses, they will take repeated damage.
