Descriptions : Personal Health Record or PHR is an app for storing personal data and medical documents on your phone. Each of us has as many documents in all shapes and sizes as receipts, medical records, hospital bills, insurance papers, doctor's visit notes and much more. Keeping and maintaining these documents in one place is a tedious task and you cannot take them with you. We are in the digital age, but we will still often have printed copies of these documents. This app is supposed to close this gap with the help of smartphones.
