Descriptions : Use the XR-3 Remote Companion App to remotely monitor and control the Applied Instruments WiFi-enabled XR-3 Modular Test Instrument in conjunction with a compatible Android phone or tablet. The mobile device connects to the XR-3 satellite meter using WiFi technology without using 4G data and without going over the internet.
